My name is Farham Fathalian, and I am a 2024 graduate from Brisbane State High School, aspiring to pursue dentistry. Having recently navigated the challenges of high school myself, I understand firsthand how tough certain moments can be—and how crucial the right support is in achieving academic success.

I began tutoring over two years ago while in Year 11 and continued through my final year, balancing my own studies at the same time. This experience has made me highly proficient in the QCAA syllabus, as well as in teaching IB Mathematics at the standard level. I’ve worked with students from Years 8 to 12, and within just a few weeks of lessons, many saw their grades rise from a ‘C’ average to an ‘A’ average.

My lessons are set up, optimised, and tailored to meet each student’s individual needs, ensuring academic improvement. I’ve supported a wide range of students from diverse backgrounds, including those with ADHD and ADD, by crafting personalised lessons that match their learning styles and capabilities. Through my tutoring, students also gain skills to decode exam-style questions and develop effective strategies—boosting their confidence during assessment periods.

Additionally, all students will receive custom worksheets created by me before each lesson. These help solidify understanding of the content, improve topic knowledge, and provide guidance on how to approach questions for full marks.
